Someday Soon

Someday Soon holds deep in my heart
where hope springs forth
and faith ne'er parts

Someday Soon no more will be
the escape of tears
for sorrow's plea

Someday Soon all suffering shall cease
with the sound of His voice
commanding our peace

Someday Soon mourning must turn
joy now takes place
no longer oft spurned

Someday Soon the trumpet will sound
to Christ we will rise
if in Him we are found
